WhatsApp opens for your questions once your application is complete. That means the form is submitted and the ₹118 application fee is paid.
How the line works
- Before your application is complete. Our WhatsApp line sends one message that asks you to complete the form. Nobody answers questions there until then.
- Once it is complete. An assistant answers first, from the facts on this website. The admissions team reads the chats and steps in when it is needed.

Once your application is completeEmail
Use it for admission, documents and invoices. We reply within 2 working days. If it is a complaint, write "Grievance" in the subject.

Offices
Two offices, Mohali and Jalandhar.
Batch 1 classes are held in Mohali, Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 13:30. Batch 2 (10 May 2027) is planned in Jalandhar.
Write to us by email before you come and the coordinator will give you a time. Bring your parents along if you like.

The rules
Three things we say plainly.
- No phone callsWe do not make or take phone calls. Once your application is complete, you can ask your questions on WhatsApp at +91 85910 18586.
- If something goes wrongWrite "Grievance" and your name on WhatsApp or by email. We acknowledge it within 2 working days and reply within 7 days. If needed, it goes up to the programme head. The steps are on the grievance page.
- Training, not a visa serviceThis school is not a visa service for the people who study here. We do not offer any visa, admission or "go abroad" service. We only train you to become a study abroad agent.
