Enrolment terms, in plain words.
This is what you and the school can expect from each other once you are admitted. The real document is the enrolment agreement you e-sign. Where this page and the agreement differ, the agreement prevails.
A training school that sells training only.
Who the school is
School of Immigration is a private training school. It is a product of Angels Immigration & Education Consultant, which has worked in overseas education and workforce mobility since 2008. The agreement names the legal entity that issues your invoice and signs with you, along with its address.
Angels also has two roles in the course itself. It hosts the live office floor in the fourth month, and it selects some graduates of each batch for employment.
What is sold
We sell training only. That means the 16-week, 320-hour Study Abroad Agent Programme, Batch MOH-2027-01, in Mohali, with classes from Monday 4 January 2027.
The school promises no job, income or employment. Outcomes are explained in full on the outcomes page.
Who can join, how, and what it costs.
Admission is by selection. Everything you write in the form must be true, and false information can cancel an admission. You pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹118 including GST when you apply. It is separate from the programme fee. No part of the programme fee is taken before the agreement is signed, and you get a GST invoice for every payment.

Attendance, conduct, grades, recordings.
Attendance
Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 13:30. You need 90% attendance overall to sit the final. Come on time, keep phones away during role-play, and dress for the office from week 1.
Conduct
Real student data is never shared outside the office. After two warnings a learner is removed from the batch, as the agreement sets out. On removal, the withdrawal table decides the refund.
Assessment
There is a daily quiz and a weekly recorded role-play, with Test 1 in week 4 and Test 2 in week 8. The final in week 16 counts the live session for 50%, the written test for 20%, the viva for 15% and continuous scores for 15%. Distinction starts at 80%, Pass is 60 to 79, and Participation is below that. A promise of a visa or a job in the final session rules out Distinction.
Recordings
We record role-plays and practice conversations so you can learn from them. We use your photo or video in marketing only if you give us separate written permission, and you can take it back at any time. Recorded role-plays are deleted 90 days after scoring. Marketing consent is a separate document, and declining it has no effect on the course.
Data
We keep your data only for admission, teaching, assessment, payment and the certificate. The privacy notice says what we keep, for how long and through whom. You can withdraw consent at any time. Enrolment and certificate records stay for 5 years because the law requires it.
Live-floor confidentiality
Before week 13 every learner signs an undertaking. Client data is seen only inside Angels, on limited CRM access with logs. There are no downloads, nothing goes on personal phones, and access ends with the course. A breach means immediate removal and may lead to action under the law. Learners have learning targets, not sales targets.
What comes back, and when.
Refunds are paid within 10 working days to the account the payment came from. If fewer than 15 learners enrol by 24 December, you get a full refund or a seat in Batch 2. The whole policy is on the refund page.

The rules
The four rules behind these terms.
- The certificateSchool of Immigration is a private training school. The certificate is the school's own Certificate of Completion. It is not a diploma, a degree, a travel agent licence or a licence to give immigration advice. It is not a government-recognised qualification in any country either. Full statement.
- Training, not a visa serviceThis school is not a visa service for the people who study here. We do not offer any visa, admission or "go abroad" service. We only train you to become a study abroad agent.
- Governing lawThe agreement is governed by the laws of India, with courts in Punjab. Your right to approach a consumer forum is not affected. For a complaint, please use the grievance process first. Where this page and the signed agreement differ, the agreement prevails.
