Refunds, written down in advance.

The refund rules for the programme fee are written down here before you pay it. This page tells you how much comes back in each situation, and when. The one payment that is not refunded is the ₹118 application fee.

The programme fee, and when you pay it.

There is a non-refundable application fee of ₹118 including GST. It is separate from the programme fee. The rest of this page is about the programme fee.

What comes back, by week.

We count a refund from the day we receive your written withdrawal.

  1. Before the batch startsFull refund, less ₹1,000 processing

    Even after you have accepted the offer.

    By the class days remaining, as set out in the agreement.

The scholarship rule is 50% for the top 2 entrance scores and 25% for the next 3, at most 5 per batch. If you have one, each percentage applies to the fee you actually paid. The same table applies after removal for conduct (two warnings).

Join Angels, stay, and the fee comes back.

Graduates who join Angels Immigration and stay get the fee they paid back in four equal parts. This is a conditional benefit, not a bond. If you leave early, the remaining parts lapse, with no penalty and nothing to repay. An offer from Angels is not a promise by the school. It depends on what Angels needs in each batch.

Each part is payable within 10 working days of the month it falls due. A part paid through payroll may be subject to tax.

The cases people ask about.

The batch does not fill

Batch 1 runs only if at least 15 learners have enrolled by 24 December 2026. If fewer have, you choose. You can take a full refund within 10 days with no processing charge, or a seat in Batch 2 (10 May 2027) at the same fee.

GST and credit notes

The fee includes 18% GST and every payment comes with a GST invoice. On a refund the school issues a GST credit note wherever the rules allow. How each service-linked part is paid is written into the agreement.

Instalment 2 paid late

Refunds are not affected, but Test 2 waits until payment or a written plan.

Failing the final, or Participation

No refund. The fee is for the training, not for the grade.

Medical or family emergency

Write to us. The coordinator can offer a pro-rata refund or a seat in the next batch.

The ₹1,000 processing charge

It applies only when you withdraw before the batch starts, and never under the minimum-batch clause. If the school cancels the batch, the refund is full.

Three steps, all in writing.

We do not make or take phone calls. Once your application is complete, you can ask your questions on WhatsApp at +91 85910 18586. If you disagree with the amount or the date, use the grievance process.

  • 1. WriteWrite on WhatsApp or by email. Put "Refund" in the first line or subject, with your name and the batch code (MOH-2027-01).
  • 2. Confirmation in 2 working daysThe coordinator confirms which week the request is counted in, the amount due and the date.
  • 3. Money in 10 working daysIt goes to the same account or payment method the fee came from, with the GST credit note.
