The floor · Weeks 13 to 16
A month on a real office floor.
After three months in class you spend a month on Angels Immigration's live floor at 505, Sector 82, Mohali. You meet real families and handle real WhatsApp leads, with a senior agent beside you the whole time.

The space
One office, five rooms, every week of the course.
Everything happens inside the office at 505, Sector 82, Mohali. Tap a room to see what happens there.
You also get tools to practise with. There is a practice login on the CRM, a shared drive where your recorded role-plays sit with their scores, and a bank of 800 questions for the daily quizzes. Demonstrations are recorded into a library the batch can watch any time.
Weeks 1 to 12
A class day, minute by minute.
Classes run Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 13:30. You dress for the office from week 1, and phones stay away during role-play. One role-play a week is recorded and scored on the rubric you can see on the Programme page.
- 9:30Concept of the day. 45 minutes, and it always opens with a real case with the names removed.
- 10:15Demonstration. For 60 minutes the trainer guides a practice student while the class checks it against the rubric.
- 11:15Break, 15 minutes.
- 11:30Role-play in threes. For 90 minutes you take turns as agent, student or parent, and observer. Roles change every round.
- 13:00Feedback, quiz, homework. 30 minutes for the daily quiz and feedback. Your homework is one recorded practice conversation.
The fourth month · from 29 March 2027
The live floor, week by week.
Your targets here are about learning, not sales. We look at how well you understood the family and how accurate you were. Every conversation is logged in the CRM and the senior reviews it the same day.
- Week 13Shadow
You sit in on four or five sessions with senior agents every day. By Friday you have notes on 20 sessions, covering what worked, what did not, and why.
- Week 14Supervised WhatsApp conversations
You talk to real leads on WhatsApp with a senior supervising. Every conversation is reviewed that day.
- Week 15Supervised walk-ins
You sit with real families in the office, with the senior in the same room. You write the summary and follow up the same day.
- Week 16The final
Three days of floor work, then two days of assessment on 22 to 23 April 2027. That means a live session, a written test and a viva. Certificates follow on 30 April 2027.
You need 90% attendance to sit the final. In week 16 Angels Immigration interviews every graduate, after watching you work on real leads for a month. Some are selected for employment and the rest receive placement assistance. The real numbers for every batch go on the Outcomes page.
Rules of the floor
What is fixed on the floor.
What you do
- Understand the family, explain the options and give an honest next step, as you practised for 12 weeks
- Work to learning targets, which are sessions held, rubric score and same-day follow-up
- Write a CRM note for every session and get feedback from the senior every day
What you do not do
- You do not quote fees. Money is the senior's conversation
- You do not collect documents. Files stay with Angels' staff
- You have no sales targets and no pressure to "close"
- You do not answer questions on visa law. Those go to the senior
Client data stays inside Angels
Your CRM access is limited and you cannot download anything. Client data never goes on a personal phone, and your access is removed on the day the course ends. Before week 13 every learner signs a confidentiality undertaking.
The rules
Two things we say plainly.
- Training, not a visa serviceThis school is not a visa service for the people who study here. We do not offer any visa, admission or "go abroad" service. We only train you to become a study abroad agent.
- No phone callsWe do not make or take phone calls. Once your application is complete, you can ask your questions on WhatsApp at +91 85910 18586.
Apply
The way to the floor starts with an application.
Applications are open now and close on 24 December 2026. Have a question about the fourth month? The answers are on the FAQ page.
